Description du contenu de l'enseignement

This finance course aims to present the main types of long-term investors (Pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, central banks), their objectives, regulation and portfolio management issues. It addresses both theoretical and practical aspects of asset management of these institutional investors.

Planning course :
  • Long-term institutional investors: asset management and regulatory issues for pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, central banks
  • Long-term risks of institutional investors (Inflation, crises, longevity)
  • Long-term expected returns, sources of diversification, time diversification
  • Long-term asset allocation: portfolio optimization techniques, asset / liability management, sovereign wealth risk management, etc.
