ERP implementation projects are likely to run late. Among main reasons behind extended duration, change management and project management are the most common. The purpose of this course is to see how it is possible to keep control of this kind of project in general and in the context of big companies in particular.

Based on the case studies used to illustrate the course, students ‘capacity to take into account lessons and tips delivered will be assessed through different documents (Powerpoint presentation) that they’ll have to produce.
