Fundamentals of marketing strategy, Brand positioning and brand portfolio strategic management, Implement pertinent marketing strategies vs competition over time, Integrated communication strategy, Media strategy, case–study presentation
The course is designed to allow students:
1. to understand and master the key concepts and theories of marketing strategy and planning
2. to understand the strategic and managerial issues in formulating marketing strategy and implementing it
3. to make coherent choices about selecting markets in which to expand, market segmentation, brand positioning, management of brand portfolios, product and communication strategies in an international context
4. to develop a complete and effective strategic marketing plan in a limited timing
The course is designed to allow students:
